If you're not 100% happy with your order we'll gladly issue a store credit within 21 days. Item must be in original condition with all tags attached (where applicable). Contact Customer Service for more information.
Sorry, but we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on Earrings, Sale Items, or items classed as Special Orders which includes pre-orders.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact Customer Service immediately after receving your order and once we receive your return we'll refund your money by the method you paid.
