The term "Tracked" may mean registered or express delivery depending on the size and weight of your parcel. If you've chosen Tracked Shipping you can retreive your tracking number by log into My Alegorie and click on Order Status.

If your order has been shipped the tracking number will be visible for your reference. Tracking numbers cannot be tracked via the Australia Post website. For tracking information please contact Customer Service and one of our assistants will track the parcel for you. Alternately you can telephone +61 131318 and track the parcel over the phone with Australia Post.

*The US Government has imposed a $9 surcharge applicable to all parcels entering the United States weighing over 453grams (16oz). This charge is applied to your US bound order as a handling fee and is payable on all orders over weighing over 453grams (16oz) irrespective of value or shipping method. We apologise for any inconvenience and will remove this surchage from our system as soon as the US Government no longer requires us to pay it.

RETURNS:

If you're not 100% happy with your order we'll gladly issue a store credit within 21 days. Item must be in original condition with all tags attached (where applicable). Contact Customer Service for more information.

Sorry, but we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on Earrings, Sale Items, or items classed as Special Orders which includes pre-orders.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty please contact Customer Service immediately after receving your order and once we receive your return we'll refund your money by the method you paid.
